According to Measures for Evaluating and Confirming Imported High-level Talents in Fujian Province (Trial Version), Implementation Measures Applying and Confirming Imported High-level Talents in Fujian Province and Notice on Evaluating and Confirming Imported High-level Talents in Fujian Province, and approved by relevant departments such as the Talent Office in the Provincial CPC Committee and the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, four teachers of our university including Luo Jiangshui in the College of Chemistry and Materials, Yi Yingting in the College of Economics and Management，Yu Guohua in the College of Life Science and Zhao Renru in the College of Physical Education have been selected to be the provincial imported high-level talents (Category B) in Fujian.
The import of high-level talents in Fujian Province refers to the import from outside the province, so according to Measures for Evaluating and Confirming Imported High-level Talents in Fujian Province (Trial Version), those talents of Category A (outstanding talents), Category B (pioneering, innovating and leading talents) and Category C (urgent-need innovative talents) can be directly confirmed and approved, who should have strong entrepreneurial innovation ability, and whose academic technology, management level should be internationally advanced or be at domestically leading level. Also these talents should be able to lead and drive the progress of science and technology, industrial upgrading, cultural prosperity, social development and management improvement in a certain field of Fujian Province, whose personal credit records should be good enough.
